ABC REAL ESTATE LOOKS TO BOOST HOUSING ECONOMY IN CACHE VALLEY
Logan, Utah - Bret Cob, president of ABC Real Estate LLC, will be launching a beneficiary-directed equity holding land trust here in Logan, Utah early next month. The company started its initial program in August 2007 and is located in Draper, Utah. Strategic partner, Evan Nielson, runs the hub location in Logan.
ABC Real Estate’s overall goal is to invest in the land and lower the debt ratio specifically for the economy. The program is typically aimed towards the wealthy class at the same time ABC Real Estate is focusing more towards the working middle class.
“This is not a rental company, it is personal property, and everyone benefits from it” stated Cob.
The program has four beneficiaries, the settler beneficiary, resident beneficiary, investor beneficiary, and the credit beneficiary. The all play vital roles and gain from the program.
The settler beneficiary contributes the house and in turn they do not have a mortgage payment. The resident beneficiary will be making payments to a trust and build their credit and pay the mortgage of the house. The credit beneficiary will be using their credit to fund the program and will also be receiving a monthly payment. The investor beneficiary will be funding the whole program for ABC Real Estate and receive a monthly payment.
ABC Real Estate will be processing all the paperwork, adding two months of payments and guarantee no one will default.
Cobb is hoping people will look at this program as a solution and a way to advance in real estate and an opening for future homeowners.
“We are excited to bring our program to Cache Valley. We know people will find our program to be beneficial in every aspect it has to offer. Utah will be our first step before taking our program national.” Cobb said.

Letter to Cousin
Dear Nathan,
I am writing you this letter to explain my major and main interest in the Public Relations field. I hope that you will gain understanding of what Public Relations entails and what Public Relations professionals write.
Public Relations can be defined as a form of communication directed towards gaining acceptance and understanding. A key factor is building relationships with media, customers, investors, government agencies and so forth. The goal for Public Relations is to enhance the company or agency to its full potential.
The best way for Public Relations to communicate effectively would be through writing. Press releases are what the profession relies on to get information out to the public. This is one of the most important concepts to the Public Relations field. You must collect accurate facts and check them for truthful writing. Then go through the process of writing the press release. Between communication skills and good writing skills you will be able to hit your target and deliver your message effectively.
I hope by reading this letter you gained some depth and clarity into understanding the Public Relations field. Please contact me with any further questions that you may have concerning Public Relations.
Your Cousin,
Katie Jo
