ABC REAL ESTATE LOOKS TO BOOST HOUSING ECONOMY IN CACHE VALLEY

Logan, Utah - Bret Cob, president of ABC Real Estate LLC, will be launching a beneficiary-directed equity holding land trust here in Logan, Utah early next month. The company started its initial program in August 2007 and is located in Draper, Utah. Strategic partner, Evan Nielson, runs the hub location located in Logan.

ABC Real Estate’s overall goal is to invest in the land and lower the debt ratio specifically for the economy. The program is typically aimed towards the wealthy class at the same time ABC Real Estate is focusing more towards the working middle class.

“This is not a rental company, it is personal property, and everyone benefits from it” stated Cob.

The program has four beneficiaries, the settler beneficiary, resident beneficiary, investor beneficiary, and the credit beneficiary. The all play vital roles and gain from the program.

The settler beneficiary contributes the house and in turn they do not have a mortgage payment. The resident beneficiary will be making payments to a trust and build their credit and at the same time pay the mortgage of the house. The credit beneficiary will be using their credit to fund the program and will also be receiving a monthly payment. The investor beneficiary will be funding the whole program for ABC Real Estate and receive a monthly payment.

ABC Real Estate will be processing all the paperwork, adding two months of payments and guarantee no one will default.

“We are excited to bring our program to Cache Valley. We know people will find our program to be beneficial.” Cobb said.

Cobb is hoping people will look at this program as a solution and a way to advance in real estate and an opening for future homeowners.

I think that you did well and left next to nothing for a final draft. I like an idea that another classmate had and have evan neilsen be the local point of contact for customers and you the contact for the media. What is your boilerplate that is something to ask when rewriting for the final

Katie, did I read a "at the same time?" Well done! Seriously your press release was excellent. Just one comment, where it says "location located in Logan, Utah" you could probably lose the first "location" so it would read "hub located in Logan, Utah." Good work.

Very well written. I agree with Peter that maybe your boilerplate should be a little more robust before your final
